AND THE 2019 RECRUITER OF THE YEAR IS...

We’re beyond proud to announce that our very-own, Kayla Cash, was chosen as the official “2019 Recruiter of the Year” by the Healthcare Travelers Take…” Conference panel!

The first annual true “traveling” conference for traveling healthcare workers, the conference will change "host city" locations each year vs. always being held in one location. This year, we were lucky enough to host it in our very-own, Omaha, NE. In 2020 the rumors are it’ll be hosted in Nashville TN. Like other conferences of its kind, it brought together travelers, multiple agencies and various relevant vendor partners all with the intention of “making a difference together.” A way to help elevate the traveler experience by sharing industry insights and having the two-way conversations on how we all work together to evolve the industry.

Regarding our resident “Recruiter of the Year” she was nominated by travelers, among the competition of over 30 other successful recruiters. Kayla quickly got enough votes to make the cut and go on to the second round; the “Final 5” recruiters panel. From there, her own travelers took the time to submit personal stories/insights into why she deserved the recognition. Going into the conference on Saturday, 4/6, she (nor any of us) had any clue she’d be announced the winner. A true testimony to what she brings to the role of recruiter. A very genuine soul, who is truly watching out for the best interest of her travelers. She instinctually understands it’s a partnership, and because of that she’s rose the ranks here at OneStaff Medical as a major asset on our recruiter team. Even recently just winning Employee of the Month. Been a big 2019 for Kayla!

We wanted to acknowledge such a huge honor for one of our own, and make sure she got all the praise she deserves. On behalf of your OneStaff Family and all the travelers out there that you've made an impact on...CONGRATS, Kayla!
