What is your name and what do you do at OneStaff?
Kevin Dickens. Recruiter but most important my job is to build the OneStaff brand.
Why do you love being a recruiter?
I love the challenge presented of finding viable candidates. The daily grind of travel nursing competition. And most of all being able to feel like a candidate and I have elevated their career and met their next assignment choice.
What do you love about the OneStaff family?
I love the camaraderie, atmosphere, and the uniqueness of being so close with the leaders within the company.
What is your favorite city to travel to?
Denver, CO
What motivates you to constantly be better; personally and professionally? (time with family/ friends, traveling more, witnessing fave sports teams)
What motivates me to be better is the long term goals my wife and I have for our family. The drive to be the best of the best. And I would also say that I'd like to see my Green Bay Packers play more :-)
Any side hobbies or passions you'd like to share with our travelers?
I am an avid flag football player (I have videos and photos to prove it). I love spending time with my kids. And I'm a pretty good dancer.
What’s your promise ot potential travelers that may see this and would want to work with you?
I can always promise to be available when you need me most. I can also promise that your concerns are always my biggest priority and your success is what's most important to me.
