We know that need could arise at any time, so we will always have someone available.
401K
We have partnered with A (excellent) rated, Voya Financial, to ensure all of our travelers are given a solid option for their 401K savings accounts. We will match 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%. Safe Harbor contributions are 100% vested.
AAA
OneStaff is the first to team up with AAA and offer our travelers the peace of mind they deserve on their journeys. The perks of AAA do not stop at just roadside assistance. No, no, no. Membership includes discounts on hotels, rental cars, entertainment and other extremely (traveler) relevant perks. Just one more way we want to ensure your travel experience is flawless with us.
Employee Assistance Program
Through our partners at LifeWorks, we offer free consultations for just about anything going on in your life; from family, work and money, to legal services, identify theft recovery and health. The program includes up to 5 in-person, phone or video consultations per calendar year.
Free Direct Deposit
We offer and recommend direct deposit, to insure you receive pay weekly and avoid interruptions in your pay cycle. As long as you get your timecard in on time (Monday), you will receive your pay via direct deposit every Friday.
HealthJoy

Life Insurance

We have a dedicated Housing Department to help offer all eligible travelers with housing options. Or take the stipend. Your choice. Either way, leverage our Housing Department and their resources to help get you settled into the perfect spot for your assignment.
